Ive been with Sprint sense 06 and would still be with them now if they hadnt decided to try to rip me off. I go to pay my bill last month August online as I do every month. I always pay the total amount due and always take a screen shot as proof of my payment. So imagine my shock when I go to pay my bill in August that it says I owe $198.00 when every month its $53.00. You see I only have this phone for when Im on the road going out of town for cancer treatments. So my bill is the same every month unless I end up having to use it which I havent had to do so. Now they are trying to say that I did not pay my bill in July. I tell them I have a screen shot from Sprints site to prove that I did indeed pay my bill in July. Then when they see this proof they then say I owe them for June and to this I say I have proof of payment for that month also. Now they finally apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused me that I did indeed pay my bill in July and June, but now they say I didnt pay in April. Now I also have proof that I paid my bill in April but they refuse to fix the problem. And might I point out that if I had missed a payment in April which I did not it would in fact have shown up on my bill for May or the very least June. This company is a load of crap. I have lung cancer, maybe a year left to live and this company is pulling this crap. Just shows how much they care about the so called customer. They have now left me with no other choice but to have to talk with my attorney. I would rather pay an attorney to get them then pay them what I do not owe.
If anyone has any other ideas of how to best get Sprint to do the right thing I would sure appreciate the info.

Re: Sprint doesn't play fair
I finally talked to the right person and got this problem fixed yesterday afternoon. So happy to say I'm back up and running. I do hope that I never have to deal with a mess like this one again. Pretty bad when you have records of payments made and still have to fight with them for almost 2 months.

Re: Sprint doesn't play fair
you have to be careful with this company. My buddy didnt extend his contract and told him that he didnt want it anymore. Well they signed him on for a new term (SERO) and now they want him to pay somehting like 500 dollars in term fees
