    You can always go to
    www.myphonefiles.com
    or to
    www.3gupload.com
.... these sites are free to use. They 'encourage' donations but it is not mandatory. Anyway, these sites, once you register, allow you access to upload ringers and / or screensavers to the site and then send the link to your phone. Then, on your phone, point your browser to those same web sites and pull them off that way.

    Ringer Emails

You can email yourself the URL but I'm not sure about if they can handle actual attachments. Plus the Sprint phones use GCD files to get information about the ringer to download. We just put up a new site that works Great with newer sprint phones. You can download unlimited voice, poly and mono ringers and use the voice ringer creation tool to create your own ringers from wav files of your favorite songs or even your own voice. All for $1.49 per month. Pretty cheap! You can check it out at...

    http://www.eringers.com

You can create an account for free and download some free ringers to test it before you subscribe.

I believe you can email a ringtone to yourself however I would opt for the futuredial software called snapMedia. I've just purchased it and I'm uploading now. works great!!!
