LG Optimus M: Unlock to use on Straight Talk

Im trying to unlock this phone. Lg optimus M for Metro Pcs and want to switch it to Straight Talk. Can i do this??

Basically no, this can't be done because the M is a CDMA phone and CDMA phones can't be 'unlocked'. You would need a GSM Optimus like the Optimus One (from AT&T) or Optimus T (from T-Mobile). This is assuming you have GSM service from Straight Talk.

Or you can just get the Optimus Q for Straight Talk since you probably have to get a different phone anyway.
