I have been with t mobile for 4 years and have spent over 2400 pound in that time BUT when it comes to gettin a new phone at the end of my contract why do customers of many years get nothing in return. I want a p910i for a new customer its only 45 pound but for me its gonna cost 240 pound and i 79 pound off any phone i want. This too me sounds all wrong why are they only intrested in new custom they should be trying to get new custom and keep it

why don't you cancel your service to them and open another account in a different name. talk to your parent or bro. that what i do so i can get a new phone every year. this year is under my name. next year under my wife name and then under may name again. you know what i mean?

I spoke with t-mobile a few days ago and they seemed to answer your quetion instead of mine. You should try an mutiple exchange and then upgrade (when you can) you may end up getting a better phone then the one you want. You are elegable for an upgrade every year your with them, and can do a multiple exchange any time.
