Hi, Need Help with Sending a Picture message from my email to My Phone

Hi, I was wondering what I am doing wrong, my friend told me to send myself a picture though my email to my phone. I have done this several times as an attachment. Does anyone know how I can do this? I want to put one of my own pictures on my phone.

First you have to send a pic from your phone, until you do this you won't be able to recieve a pic. Also make sure it's not a huge pic or your mail server will filter it out.

Do you mean send a picture to my email from my phone?
Do the picture have to be in a certain format such as jpg or tif or the other for my phone to receive it?

I'm not sure what format your phone supports (most support gif though) but you can send it to your e-mail (a good way to find out your phones e-mail address) or to another picture phone.

what you have to do is: 1) make sure the picture is really small.. 120x100 pixels is good enough.. your phone can't handle normal digital pictures. 2) put it in the body of the email, not as an attachment (contact your email provider for information on that) 3) send it to [email protected].
