After I receive about 70 txts my Sony Ericsson w800 keeps saying "running at
95% full of texts, please delete some". Does anybody know why this is or how
to solve the problem. Seems very stupid considering the phone has 32Mb
onboard and 512Mb on the memory card, my old Nokia never gave this error.

The SMS memory is obviously not dynamically allocated. Delete some texts
and the problem will go away.

Seems a bit retarded to me to want to keep 70 texts. SOmeof the might
contain important info, but I bet that most of them are jokes/crap.

cos you answered a tech q for an MP3 phone when you should only answer q's
    for simpler phones.

The question was about text messages. In any case, you still haven't
    answered my question.

and you answered it without knowledge of that phone........you just wanted
to puff out your chest cos yours held more texts without knowing what other
advantages the W800i has. Most, who do their homework before, buy a phone
for specific purposes. The W800i is aimed at the upmarket
    user............hence I have one.
