    Hi,

I've bought my g/f a Samsung E530 for Christmas. All is well with it, the
    only trouble is MMS.

She can receive them, but cannot send them, weird hu?

The settings have been configured as per O2's helpline.

    Any ideas?

    TIA

Go through every setting that is on the phone, and compare it with another
MMS-enabled phone. Samsungs are notorious for having one setting that needs
changed. I'll bet there's no proxy IP in her phone.

    Might be worth a try.

She took it to the O2 shop in Meadowhall a couple of days ago, the guy said
it was something to do with Delivery Reports being ticked in one of the
options screens, and that he'd changed it and it'd work within 24 hours.

    Surprise surprise, i doesn't work.

It's a good job I wasn't in the shop with her, I'd have really shown him up.
What a numpty telling someone that!
