I have a benq-siemens e71. I paid t-mobile to get it unlocked so I can use
it on Orange; they call this a subsidy PIN.
The instructions they sent me after 6 weeks don't work. The phone number on
the bottom of their letter doesn't work.
After 20 minutes on the phone to the original support number where they took
my money way back in the middle of August, they couldn't help me, and sent
me to the nearest T-mobile dealer.
The dealer tried to follow exactly the same instructions, with exactly the
same result: "Execution failed".
Apparently I now have only one more attempt to get this right. Any
suggestions??

I'd be looking into getting my money back from T-Mob.
Can't this be unlocked at a local phone shop for a tenner?
