How to backup windows mobile data

I have a HTC Ozone phone.I am looking for a backup solution for my personal data on my phone. Can anyone suggest a tried and tested backup service for windows mobile?

Considering the most important data should be the contacts on the phone, that should be essentially backed up. After that I think you consider your data - documents / pictures etc. What is the Windows mobile version on your mobile?

I have a Windows mobile version 5.0, Can anyone suggest a backup solution for version 5.0 . Most of the prominent backup solutions are for version 6.0 and onwards.

For windows mobile backup you can definately switch to BackupandShare.com I have been using this service for my HTC Touch. No complaints so far.

This software can either backup and restore SMS and can backup and restore Contacts, very handy. I've been using and strongly recommend you to use.
