the program PST_7.1.1.rar, is compressed, like a ZIP file only using RAR format. You will need a progam called WINRAR up UNpack the program to your computer. The you run the program ON your computer.

Hey, i just did a google for that program and Bear has it right.

Download that and use it to extract the rar file, and there will prob be a setup file inside or some other exe file, and run that.
