getjar.com is a great place for cell phone/symbian/PDA and other games. Also this site has a lot of software too

try going to myxertones.com an awesome site which is all free (with the exception of text fees) they will simply text you the ringtones/wallpaper/games you select.

I get my free games from zedge.net.

they are pretty okay.
