My father has trouble sleeping. He cannot fall asleep for a long time and then he feels sleepy during the day. He has something like chronic fatigue syndrome. Several years ago he was treated with medication. The effect did not last long. He doesn't want to go back to therapy, because the pills can disturb his concentration, and I think there are problems with his nervous system as well. What can you advise, maybe there are some natural remedies?

I'm sorry to hear about your dad. A therapist I know told me that people over the age of 40 should take supplements or peptides, even as a preventive measure, to help regulate their biological rhythm and general well-being.

Yes, I also think that already after the age of thirty you should start taking various supplements to improve your health. And which ones can you recommend? Maybe there are some specific options?

I recommend to stop your choice exactly on peptides. It is essentially a supplement that helps the body produce and synthesize all the necessary micronutrients.I always order for myself and for my husband from peptide company It helps us a lot, we have no problems with sleep and feeling tired during the day is like a hand off. It also improves my skin condition. The website has all the details. I think your father will help too. Find the right ones for him.

Given your father's sleep troubles and concerns about medication's side effects, exploring natural remedies might be a suitable path. It's unfortunate to hear about his chronic fatigue and difficulties with sleep. To approach this holistically, you might want to look into BioTRUST reviews to gauge the experiences of others who've tried their products. These reviews could provide insights into whether their supplements have been helpful for promoting better sleep and managing fatigue naturally. Good luck!

I'm sorry to hear about your dad. Though I can understand his doubts, I still believe the best way to solve this problem is to get professional help.
