Hey guys, well i've decided to change my phone. I was thinking about the sharp, but now i'm wanting the Innostream 99. I heard there was some issues with the firmware but not sure. Other than that is sounds like a great phone. What do you guys think.

Some innostream phones do have a firmware problem. Last week my Inno 90 shut off and never turned on again. I went out and returned it after a numerous amount of complaints. But the I99 might be better since the model is upgraded and the firmware probably is too.

Call Innostream? What you might have to do is buy a whole new system memory for it. [Ouch.]
Thank you. (:

INNO 90
I love my inno 90 but just the other day the indigo light would not turn off, so I took the battery out them turned it back on and all I got was please wait. Now it does not want to come on at all.
I am in The Bahamas now and the technicians locally are telling me that its a factoory problem.
Does any one know an address I can send it to or a number to contact?
I have not had the phone that long maybe a month but I have gotten so attached to it.
Is this a common problem with them? since I have purchased the phone several of my friends want to purchase one as well.
