I am looking for an inexpensive solution for my home to improve my cell phone reception. I use Verizon wireless and have somewhat ok reception upstairs, but once in my basement (where I just had to move my home office to), I only get a single bar. I am looking for a low cost preferably wireless solution. I'm not real sure, but I thought a passive antenna would be the way to go. Any input would be appreciated.

Ive heard that these things really enhance the signal. If they dont,it only costs about 5 or six dollars.Give it a try,I have a friend that said it works.
