I am already on a plan, I just want to get a new phone.

I have Verizon and I wanted to get the Kyocera SE47.

Im hoping to get a deal on ebay for one as I dont want a new plan or to change it.

I just see a lot of "pre-activated" "for metroPCS" "For Verizon" tidbits on the auctions.

I thought as long as it was a CDMA phone I could use it with Verizon?

What is the procedure to activate a new phone and kill the old one?
