    Hey, I new to this cell phone thing. I've never had one before. What is this best package I could get. And by best I mean inculding a phone with some features and cheapest. Cheap is very important and one more thing CHEAP! Thats the most important thing ! Cheap

    I would go with ATT you can buy there plan 350 minutes for 30.00 a month plus you can get a refurbished Sony Ericcoson for Free or choose from a wide range of other kool phone for cheep and even free, go to this link

    600 minutes anytime/5000 night and weekend
    Rollover minutes
    Free Cingular-to-Cingular
    $39.99/month
