    Forum,
    I have an ATT sim card I bought off ebay. Can I now just buy an ATT phone card and be set to go? Or does the SIM card have to be activated by ATT?

    P.S. My phone is completely unlocked and works fine with a comcel SIM card in Colombia, which is why I bought it mainly. I'ts a triband phone also.

    it has to be activated by ATT if you want to use it with that carrier
