[i still use a nokia 5165, (iv takin it apart a few times to keep it workin over the years ) but i gyess after the 1'st of the year th old phones aint gonna be any good , thats why im tryin to unlock some of my newer phones that iv never used,i got a whole drawer full of donated phones locked into all kinds of different providers (i'm a cingular user) kudos 2 you for stickin to the older modles, but me thinks we're all gonna be outta luck in 2007. by the way, do you know where i can find the prog "kryoca unlock tools by stitch" ? iv had the cable 4 a while and havnt been able to find the prog.

id gladly send the cable to whoever can direct me to the program after i use it

My dad's rule with his cell phones is 'till death do us part. He had a Motorola StarTAC from 1999-2004. He now has that weird Audiovox (I think it's the 8900 or something like that) with the blue lights on the siide. His contract has been over for about a year now (although Verizon cheated us by extending his contract 6 months when I got my phone and started a family plan) and really wants and needs a QWERTY phone.

But my friend has a blocky old Moto 120c on Verizon. It's a hand-me-down phone. I feel so sorry for those kids. I had that phone on Qwest for a while (less than 2 years) until the screen wouldn't refresh.

My brother had this Nokia Bar on the old Cellular One for the longest time (about 5 years) and then he came with us to Verizon and got my phone (A670) until it snapped in half. I have a feeling mine will follow suit.
What's my girlfriend doing in your five?

The Startac and the V120c were awesome phones. So were those older Nokia brick phones. They're ugly, but they work really well, and they never break. It's too bad that there aren't any more phones like that for farmer joe or grandpa earl that don't need anything fancy.

I have seen many people with those Nokia bricks and they work well, new phones sometimes are much more delicate than they used to be; many new features but not always receive a good signal as old ones.
