Re: It is safe to use this phone......?
both,
but i would recomend at least attempting to find the owner of it, and returning it
there's alot of people on this forum that ask the same question."I found this phone someone lost, can i use it?"
always the same answer
the right thing to do is to try and locate the owner,
if you turn it in to a local authorities and no one claims the phone in 30 days, i believe you can keep it.Hey there!

Re: It is safe to use this phone......?
I don't know about being able to keep it....that very well could be. But I do know that turning it in to the authorities is the right thing to do.
Look at it this way, if you spent $300+ on a phone and lost it, wouldn't you want somebody to turn it in???

Re: It is safe to use this phone......?
that's wht usually happens
i used to work at a mall, ppl drop stuff all the time at the mall, turns up at the lost and found, after 30 days and no one claims it, it's your to keep
but yeah, point is, you should try to return it to the owner :]Hey there!
