My Samsung phone ever dropped into water, I put it aside and dry for a full day, but useless, still can not open. And send for repair, they said need to change a motherboard, but that's too expensive.

Well, professional speaking all this steps are basic requirements.
But if your cell dropped in salt water, that is an other matter, not just dry it can do. Because the mineral still remains inside the fone.

Does that mean there is no hope for phones, which were dropped into salt water? Or do you know any tricks to solve this problem as well?

I dropped my first cell, a nokia into the toilet bowl (it was in my back pocket) and it worked just fine after a day.

The second phone I dropped in water was a total loss. It was my first razr, two days after I got it. Was walking through a constuction area and had it in my hand, guy almost ran over me on his bike and scared the crap out of me. Long story short, it flew across the sidewalk and into the hole in the street filled with water and a couple construction guys.

They fished it out for me, but I needed a new one.

Dry well and do not turn on until completely dry, this is usually enough

First, Don’t press any of the other buttons, switch them off. Also, don't blow-dry it to avoid damaging the delicate electronics inside. If it is not serious, juat wait it until it dry. If serious, you can find some retail stores to deal with. It would cost a little. But it is the best secure way. Sure it depends on your judgement on the value of the phone.
