    HELLLLLLOOOOOOOO my fellow phone hackers!

I was playing around on my cell the other day when I wanted to see who I could call. So I was messing around calling random numbers with no success. Then I typed in 500 000 0000 and got the message "this number is not allowed from this line" or something like that. What is it? Was that just a random message? or does that number do somthing? I have cingular. When I tried to call the same number with my land line, i got a standard "we are sorry this call cannot be completed as dialed, please hang up and try again"
If this is some sort of access number how could I fix it so I can connect to the number?
    Could any1 help me?
(im just curious, no need to get upset if this is a number I shouldnt be calling.)

Probably just a generic error message.
