Microsoft and SFR (France’s second largest mobile carrier) has partnered together to bring the Messenger Edition 251, which is a AZERTY, not QWERTY messaging phone that comes with Windows Live Messenger already installed.
The Messenger Edition 251 is said to be geared more to the younger audience and resembles a BlackBerry. ZTE may be the possible manufacturer due to the design of the Messenger looking like a ZTE X990.
Features of the Messenger Edition 251 are: a QVGA landscape touchscreen display, web browser, Bluetooth, music player, FM radio, 2MP camera and MicroSD card support and may run on OS.
Price of the Messenger Edition 251 is €79 online which will give you unlimited texts and unlimited Windows Live messaging for 10 days with a with a “SFR La Carte” prepaid plan of €10. An unlocked version will cost you €109.
