I found a little chihuahua. She was found in a closed garbage bag along with some garbage at my work next to the dumpster, severly malnutrioned (Thank God the dumpster was locked). Animal control took her to the vet and instead of her going to the shelter, my friend and I decided to find her a home. Found her a great home. However now, I want to find out who did this to her.
My coworker and I dug through the trash this morning that they found my little Angel in, it was old plates with food on them. But, There was a child welfare pamphlet with a couple of hand written numbers on it. Appear to be ESN's. Two sets of #'s are labeled DEC: and the other set set PESN: I would like to know if there's a way to trace who these numbers belong to. Does anyone know if that's possible. please let me know. I live in California. I would love to find out who did something so terrible. No joke - I have an ass kickin' to give. Anyone that can help me is amazing.

This was a serious post. But, you are a douchebag, so I wouldn't expect you to get that someone might have needed assistance. **** off D.Dick.
