Just purchased a new BLU T200 Dejay. I have not put a sim card in it yet. In testing it, I set up the feature to lock the keypad. It works, but it's asking you to press the '#' key or the 'send' key to unlock it. However, the phone does not react. I finally removed the battery and restarted it to take off the feature for now. The manufacturer tells me I need to get with the distributor to update the software. Weird... I don't think the distributor will be of any help. Any ideas? Is it because I do not have a sim card yet? Thanks in advance for any tips.
