Here's how to do a hard reset on the Huawei H866c:

1. Turn the phone off
2. Press and hold volume up, call button and power button until the phone vibrates
3. Use the volume keys to select wipe data/factory
4. Confirm this and the phone will reset

I have a noob question it's not my phone it's my friends, where is the call button? it's a touch screen, there is only a button for the menu, home, and back... I'm not sure where to push.... his phone stays on the blue screen that says TracFone, fades out after a moment and Continues back to that screen over and over.... It wont go any further than that... Help!

You press the back arrow plus the volume up and the power button. Once your phone turns on and says huawei ascend perform this action. Hope this helps.
