    Hi guys,

One of my friend using Samsung Galaxy Pro B7510 mobile phone. He is using bluetooth headset to make calls while driving with samsung phone. Everything is working fine, but suddenly samsung phone restarted many times when switching on/off bluetooth.

I asked some of my friends who knows more about bluetooth+android. They replied the samsung phone I mentioned here is a failed product and it also had many other issues.

Is it correct ? Is Samsung Galaxy Pro B7510 failed product ?

I don't know if it's a failed product or not...

Have you tried hard resetting the smartphone?
If not, and if everything else fails, then you may want to give factory reset a try.
In order to hard reset your Galaxy Pro B7510 you need to:

    1. Press and hold the Power / Lock Key button and the letter T on the keyboard at the same time. After a few moments, the Android system recovery menu should appear.
    2. Navigate the menu with the volume button.
    3. Navigate to "wipe data / factory reset" and press the Home button (while the option is highlighted)
    4. Confirm by selecting "Yes" using your volume and home button.

Remember that this procedure will wipe out whatever you have stored on your phone, including personal files, phone numbers etc. It will be as if you've just got it out of the box when you (your friend) purchased it.

    Hi DustenRust,

I tried everything you mentioned here, but no use, still the problem is there.
