Searching For a Website:

  1. Tap the "Internet" icon located on the home screen
  2. Swipe down from the top of the screen to drag down the "Address bar"
  3. Tap the "Address bar"
  4. Type-in the desired web address and select a search result, or tap the "Enter / Return" button on the keyboard

Note: to search the web by voice, tap the microphone icon located in the "Google Search" widget that should be present on the home screen by default, then speak your search terms.

Bookmarking a Website:

  1. Open your browser and access the page that you wish to bookmark
  2. Tap the "Menu" button on your device
  3. Select "Save to bookmarks"
  4. If you wish, you can select a label, an account and a bookmark location
  5. Tap "OK" to bookmark the page
    • To access your bookmarks, access the browser, tap the "Menu" button and select "Bookmarks"

Opening and Closing Browser Windows / Tabs:

  1. While in the browser, drag down from the top of the screen to access the "Address bar"
  2. Tap the "Tabs" icon located at the top-right corner of the screen (on the address bar)
  3. To open a new tab / window, tap the icon depicting a "+" symbol
  4. To close a window, drag down the "Address bar" and tap the "Tabs" icon. Press the "X" button corresponding to the window that you wish to close

Note: To switch between tabs, open the "Tabs" menu and tap on the window that you wish to open

Using the "Read Later" Function:

"Read Later" allows you to save a webpage on your phone. Unlike bookmarks, the contents of the webpage are actually saved on your device. As such, you will be able to open and read the page later, even if you do not have an internet connection. To save a page in order to read it later:

  1. Open the browser
  2. Access the desired webpage
  3. Tap the "Menu" button on your device
  4. Select "Save for offline reading"
