Hi, I'm going to be buying my first smartphone in the next couple months. I absolutely REFUSE to buy a new phone under a contract. I have paid AT&T's overpriced rates for more than 10 years.

My plan is to buy a used Samsung model 1-2 years old, cash, then find a cheap data provider.

Can someone recommend a good seller of used phones, plus a good cheap company for the data plan.
