View and Reset the Call Log:
- Tap “Phone” on the home screen
- Tap “Menu” > “Call history”
- Tap and hold a call log entry to view more details about it
- To reset the call log, tap “Menu” > “Clear call log”
Add a Contact:
- Open the apps drawer
- Launch “Contacts” and tap “+”
- Add the contact’s details in the appropriate fields
- When ready, tap “Done”
Import / Export Contacts:
- Launch “Contacts”
- Tap “Menu” > “Import / Export”
- Select to “Import from SIM card”, “Import from storage”, or “Export to storage”
- When exporting contacts, tap “OK” to confirm
- When importing, select an account and follow the on-screen steps
Create a Speed Dial Widget:
- Tap and hold an empty area on the home screen
- Tap “Widgets”
- Find the “Direct Dial” widget, drag > drop it on the home screen
- When prompted, select a contact to associate with the Direct Dial widget
NOTE: You can create as many Direct Dial widgets as you want, and you can group them in folders on the home screen by dragging and dropping a widget on top of another
Delete Contacts:
- Launch “Contacts”
- Select the contact you want to delete
- Tap “Edit contact” > “Menu”
- Tap “Delete” > “OK”
Create a Caller Group:
- Open “Contacts”
- Tap the “Add contact” icon
- Select an account if necessary
- Under “Groups”, tap “Group name”
- Tap “Create a new Group” and enter a name for the group
- Tap “OK”, and enter the contact’s details
- Tap “Back” to automatically save the group
Add a Contact to an Existing Caller Group:
- Tap “Contacts”
- Select the contact you want to add to the group
- Tap the edit icon (depicting a pencil)
- Under “Groups”, tap “Group name”
- Select the group you want to add the contact to
- Tap “Back” to save the changes
