Add a Contact:

  1. Tap “Apps” on the home screen
  2. Launch “Contacts”
  3. Make sure you view the “Contacts” tab and tap “+”
  4. Enter the contact’s name and other details in the appropriate fields
  5. When ready tap “Done”

Import / Export Contacts:

  1. Launch “Contacts”
  2. From the “Contacts” tab, tap “Menu”
  3. Tap “Import / Export” and select the desired option
  4. If necessary, tap an account under “Create contact under account”
  5. Follow the on-screen prompts according to your selection at step 3 above

Add a Contact to Speed Dial:

  1. Open the “Phone” application
  2. From the dial pad tab, tap and hold a digit from “2” to “9”
  3. On the “Speed Dial” confirmation screen, tap “OK”
  4. Tap “Menu” > “Speed dial” to access the “Speed Dial” screen
  5. Select a contact to link with the selected speed dial digit

Replacing a Speed Dial Entry:

  1. Launch “Phone”
  2. Tap “menu” > “Speed dial”
  3. Tap and hold the desired speed dial entry and tap “Replace”
  4. Select another contact from the list and tap “OK” to confirm

Deleting a Speed Dial Entry:

  1. From the “Phone” app, tap “Menu”
  2. Tap “Speed dial”
  3. Tap and hold the desired speed dial entry
  4. Select “Remove” > “OK”

Deleting Contacts:

  1. Tap “Apps” on the home screen
  2. Launch “Contacts”
  3. Select the contact you want to remove
  4. Tap “Menu” > “Delete”
  5. Tap “OK” to confirm

Create a Caller Group:

  1. Launch “Contacts”
  2. Tap “+” to start adding a new contact (one that will be part of the new group)
  3. Tap “Group name” under “Groups”
  4. Tap “Create a new group” and enter the desired name for the group
  5. Tap “OK”
  6. Enter the contact details and when ready, tap “Back” to save the changes

Add a Contact to an Existing Caller Group:

  1. Open the “Contacts” app
  2. Tap and hold a contact that you want to include in the new group
  3. Tap “Edit”
  4. Under “Groups”, tap “Group name”
  5. Select a group from the list and tap “Back” to save the changes
