Create a Contact:

  1. Open the apps drawer
  2. Launch “Contacts
  3. Access the “All Contacts” tab
  4. Tap “+” and if necessary, select an account
  5. Enter the contact’s name, phone number, and other details in the proper fields
  6. Tap “Done” and the contact will be saved

Import / Export Contacts:

  1. Tap “Apps” on the home screen
  2. Open “Contacts
  3. Tap “Menu” > “Import / Export
  4. Choose to “Import from storage”, “Import from SIM” or “Export to storage

Add a Contact to Speed Dial:

NOTE: To add a contact to speed dial you can either “Star” (favor) the contact within the “Contacts” app, or use the Direct Dial widget.

  1. Tap and hold an empty area on the home screen
  2. Go to “Widgets
  3. Find, then drag > drop the “Direct Dial” widget on top of the home screen
  4. At the contacts list pop-up, select a contact to associate with the widget
  5. Repeat the steps above to add as many Direct Dial widgets as you need

NOTE: Direct Dial widgets can be organized in folders on the home screen by dragging > dropping them on top of another, similar to app shortcuts.

Delete a Contact:

  1. Open “Contacts
  2. Access the “All contacts” tab
  3. Select the desired contact and tap “Edit
  4. Tap “menu” > “delete” > “OK

Create a New Caller Group:

  1. Open “Contacts” and access “All contacts
  2. Tap “Add” in the lower-right corner
  3. Under “Groups”, tap “Group name
  4. Tap “Create a new group” and enter the group’s name
  5. Tap “OK” to confirm and press “Back” to save

Add Contacts to an Existing Caller Group:

  1. Open “Contacts
  2. Go to “All Contacts
  3. Tap and hold the contact you want to add to the group
  4. Tap “Edit
  5. Tap “Group name” under “Groups” and select an existing group
  6. Tap “Back

View and Clear the Call Log:

  1. On the home screen, tap “Phone
  2. Tap “Menu” > “Call history
  3. Select a call log entry and tap “Details” for more information
  4. To clear the call log, go to “Call history”, tap “Menu” > “Clear call log
