Block Calls from a Contact:

  1. Open “Contacts”
  2. Go to the “All contacts” tab
  3. Select the contact you wish to prevent from calling you
  4. Tap “Edit” > “Menu”
  5. Enable “All Calls to voicemail”

Unblock Calls from a Contact:

  1. Launch “Contacts” and access “All contacts”
  2. Select the contact you want to unblock
  3. Tap “Edit” > “Menu”
  4. Turn off “All calls to voicemail”

Forward Calls (Unconditional):

  1. Open “Phone” on the home screen
  2. Press “Menu” and go to “Settings”
  3. Tap “Call settings” > “Call forwarding”
  4. Select “Always forward” and enable the feature

Forward Calls (Conditional Forwarding):

  1. Launch “Phone”
  2. Tap “Menu” > “Settings”
  3. Tap “Call settings” > “Call forwarding”
  4. Select to forward incoming calls “When busy”, “When unreachable” or “When unanswered”
  5. Enter the phone number you want to forward calls to
  6. Tap “Enable” / “Update”

Disable Call Forwarding:

  1. Open “Phone”
  2. Tap “Settings” > “Call settings”
  3. Go to “Call forwarding”
  4. Select to disable “Always forward”, “When unreachable”, “When unanswered” or “When busy”
  5. Tap “Disable”
