Create a New Contact:

  1. Open the apps drawer
  2. Launch “Contacts” and go to “All Contacts
  3. Tap “+” at the bottom of the screen
  4. Enter the contact’s name, phone number, and other details in the appropriate fields
  5. Select an account if necessary
  6. Tap “Done” when ready

Import / Export Contacts:

  1. Tap “Apps” on the home screen
  2. Open “Contacts” and tap “Menu
  3. Tap “Import / Export
  4. Select to “Import from storage”, “Import from SIM card” or “Export to storage
  5. Follow the on-screen prompts to complete the process

Add a Contact to Speed Dial:

  1. On the home screen, tap & hold an empty area
  2. Go to “Widgets
  3. Find, then tap and hold the “Direct Dial” widget
  4. Drag the widget and drop it on top of the home screen
  5. When prompted with the contacts list, select the contact you want to associate with the widget

NOTE: You can repeat the steps above to add multiple Direct Dial widgets on the home screen. Additionally, you can organize widgets in folders on the home screen by dragging and dropping them on top of one another.

Deleting Contacts:

  1. Open “Contacts
  2. Access “All contacts
  3. Select the contact you want to remove
  4. Tap “Edit” > “Menu” > “Delete
  5. Tap “OK” to confirm

Reset the Call Log:

  1. Tap “Phone” on the home screen
  2. Tap “Menu
  3. Access “Call history
  4. To view more details on a call log entry, tap it
  5. To reset the call log, tap “Menu” in the “Call history” screen, and tap “Clear call log

Create a Caller Group:

  1. Launch “Contacts
  2. Go to “All contacts
  3. Tap the “Add” icon and tap “Group name” under “Groups
  4. Tap “Create a new group
  5. Enter the name for the group and tap “OK
  6. Tap “Back” to save the group

Add a Contact to an Existing Caller Group:

  1. Open “Contacts
  2. Access “All contacts
  3. Tap & hold the contact you want to add, then tap “Edit
  4. Tap “Group name” under “Groups
  5. Select the desired group, and tap “Back” to save the changes
