Forward All Calls:

  1. On the home screen, tap “Phone”
  2. Tap “Menu” > “Settings”
  3. Tap “Call settings” > “Call forwarding”
  4. Choose to “Always forward”
  5. Tap “Enable”

Forward Calls (Conditional Forwarding):

  1. Launch “Phone”
  2. Tap “Menu” and access “Settings”
  3. Tap “Call settings” > “Call forwarding”
  4. Choose to forward “When busy”, “When unanswered” or “When unreachable”
  5. Enter the phone number you want to use for call forwarding
  6. Tap “Update” / “Enable”

Disable Call Forwarding:

  1. Open “Phone” and tap “Menu”
  2. Tap “Settings” > “Call settings”
  3. Tap “Call forwarding” and select to disable “Always forward”, “When unanswered”, “When unreachable” or “When busy”
  4. Tap “Disable”

Block Incoming Calls from a Contact:

  1. Tap “Apps” on the home screen
  2. Open “Contacts”
  3. Go to “All Contacts” and tap the contact you wish to block
  4. Tap “Edit” > “Menu”
  5. Enable “All calls to voicemail”

Unblock Incoming Calls from a Contact:

  1. Launch “Contacts”
  2. Access the “All Contacts” tab
  3. Select the contacts you wish to unblock and tap “Edit”
  4. Tap “Menu” and disable “All calls to voicemail”
