Enable Call Forwarding:

  1. Open “Phone” on the Start screen
  2. Tap “Menu” > “Settings”
  3. Tap “Change more settings for phone”
  4. Tap the “Call forwarding” switch to turn on the feature
  5. Tap “Forward calls to” and tap / enter the phone number you wish to forward calls to

Turn Off Call Forwarding:

  1. Launch “Phone”
  2. Tap “Menu” > “Settings”
  3. Tap “Change more settings for phone”
  4. Tap the “Call forwarding” switch to turn the feature off

Block Calls:

  1. Launch “Phone”
  2. Go to the “History” tab
  3. Tap “Menu” > “Blocked Calls”
  4. Tap “Menu” and access “Block list”
  5. Tap “+” and enter the phone number you want to block
  6. Tap “Block”

Unblock Calls:

  1. Launch “Phone” on the Start screen
  2. Go to the “History” screen
  3. Tap “Menu” > “Blocked calls”
  4. Tap “Menu” > “Block list”
  5. Tap & hold the phone number / contact you want to unblock
  6. Tap “Unblock number”

Add Contacts to Speed Dial:

  1. Launch “Phone”
  2. Access the “Speed dial” tab and tap “+”
  3. Select the contact you want to add to speed dialing
  4. To view your favorite numbers / contacts, access the “Speed dial” tab
  5. To remove a contact, first go to “Speed dial” and then tap & hold the phone number / contact you wish to remove
  6. Tap “Delete”

Enable and Manage Conference Calling:

NOTE: During an ongoing phone call, you can start and manage a conference call by performing the following:

  1. While in an ongoing call, tap “+Add call”
  2. Select a contact or enter the phone number you want to add to the conference call
  3. Once the second call connects, tap “merge calls”
  4. To separate calls, tap “Private” and select one of the callers
  5. To switch between callers, tap the “tap to swap” bar at the top
  6. To disconnect from a caller, put the other caller on hold and tap “End call”
  7. To finish a conference call, go to the “Conference” screen and tap “End call”
