Hello, I have a rather involved question.

First, the facts: I am tech savvy, have a server PC I wish to control or give commands, and an old LG (non-smart, or "stupid") cell phone which does not have web capabilities.

I want to be able to send one or more SMS messages and one way or another have the server PC receive this, and run a per-specified action. I have an ?IRC bot which on the computer end can do this, but I haven't a clue how to get SMS to IRC. I'd be open to other suggestions as well. I can use a virtual SMS program to show the text I just sent on the server's display, but don't know how to process it

Does anyone have any thoughts?
