Block Calls:
- Open “Contacts”
- Go to “All Contacts”
- Select the contact you wish to unblock
- Tap “Edit” > “Menu”
- Disable “All calls to voicemail”
Unblock Calls:
- Launch “Contacts”
- Tap “All Contacts”
- Select the contact you want to unblock
- Tap “Edit”
- Tap “Menu” and disable “All calls to voicemail”
Block Messages Using Google Messenger:
- Open the apps drawer
- Launch “Messenger”
- Select the message thread exchanged with the phone number / contact you want to block
- Tap “Menu”
- Select “People & options”
- Tap “Block [phone number]” > “OK” to confirm
NOTE: The conversation thread and future messages received from the blocked number / contact will be archived.
Unblock Messages via Google Messenger:
- Launch “Messenger”
- Tap “Menu”
- Access “Archived” and select the desired conversation thread
- Tap “Menu” > “Unarchive”
- Tap “Menu” once more and access “People & options”
- Tap “Unblock [phone number]”
Enable Call Forwarding:
- Tap “Phone” on the home screen
- Tap “Menu”
- Access “Settings” and select “Call forwarding” (NOTE: if this option is not supported by your carrier, it may not be shown)
- Enter or select the phone number you want to forward calls to
- Tap “Enable”
Enable “Conditional Call Forwarding:
- Open “Phone”
- Tap “Menu”
- Go to “Settings”
- Tap “Call forwarding” and select to forward calls “When unreachable”, “When unanswered” or “When busy”
- Enter the phone number you want to forward calls to
- Tap “Enable” / “Update”
Turn Off Call Forwarding:
- Tap “Phone” on the home screen
- Tap “Menu”
- Open “Settings”
- Go to “Call forwarding”
- Select a forwarding option to turn off
- Tap “Disable”
