Sync iPhone Contacts with Google using iTunes:

NOTE: With iTunes installed on a computer connected to the Internet, you can sync your iPhone contacts with your Google account. Then you can sync the account data, including contacts, with your Lenovo P2.

  1. Connect the iPhone to your PC using the Lightning USB cord
  2. Launch iTunes on the computer
  3. Go to the “Info” section and enable “Sync Contacts With
  4. Select “Google Contacts” from the drop-down menu
  5. Sign in with your Google account or click “Configure” and select an existing account
  6. Click “Apply” to start the sync
  7. After the sync is done, switch to the Lenovo P2 and sign in with the same Google account used in iTunes
  8. Allow the account to sync contacts with your Android device

Share iPhone Contacts from iCloud Backup:

NOTE: If you r iPhone contacts are already backed up on your iCloud account, you can access the account on a computer connected to the Internet and export the contacts in vCard format for Android use.

  1. Launch the Internet browser on the computer
  2. Visit
  3. Sign in with your iCloud account and go to “Contacts
  4. Select the contacts you want to share
  5. Click “Settings” > “Export vCard
  6. Wait for the vCard to be downloaded on the computer
  7. Once done, follow one of the steps below:
    • Open the Internet browser on the computer and import the vCard to “Google Contacts”, or:
    • Connect the Lenovo P2 to your computer via USB, transfer the vCard to the phone storage, and use “Contacts” to import the vCard to your phonebook

Using “My Contacts Backup”:

NOTE: Although the methods above require a computer with an active Internet connection, alternatively you can transfer your iPhone contacts using third party apps. My Contacts Backup is an iOS app that can back up and transfer iPhone contacts via email.

  1. Visit the App Store and install “Send Anywhere” on the iPhone
  2. Launch the app and tap “Backup” to create a backup vCard file containing your iPhone contacts
  3. Tap “Email” once done
  4. Ensure the vCard file is attached to the email
  5. Send the email to your own address
  6. Switch to the Lenovo P2 and open the email, then download the vCard attachment
  7. Use “Contacts” to import the vCard

Using “Send Anywhere”:

NOTE: Send Anywhere is another third party applications for iOS and Android, which can be used to transfer contacts and other file types, cross-platform, through a peer-2-peer connection without requiring a PC.

  1. Launch the App Store and install “Send Anywhere” on the iPhone
  2. Open the Google Play Store on the Lenovo P2 and install the same app on the Android device
  3. Launch the app on both smartphones
  4. On the iPhone, tap “Send” > “Contacts
  5. Select the desired contacts and tap “Send
  6. Lastly, select the desired transfer method, such as “Receive” on the Lenovo P2 or “Generate QR Code” on the iPhone, and follow the on-screen prompts to complete the process
