Block Incoming Calls:
- Launch “Contacts”
- Access “All Contacts”
- Select the contact / phone number you want to block
- Tap “Edit” > “Menu”
- Enable “All Calls to voicemail”
Unblock Incoming Calls:
- Open “Contacts”
- Go to “All Contacts”
- Tap the contact to unblock and tap “Edit”
- Tap “Menu” and turn off “All calls to voicemail”
Block Messages via Google Messenger:
- Open Google “Messenger”
- Tap the conversation thread exchanged with the contact / phone number you want to block
- Tap “Menu”
- Go to “People & Options” and tap “Block [phone number]”
- Tap “OK” to confirm
Unblock Messages via Google Messenger:
- Open Google “Messenger”
- Tap “Menu” > “Archived”
- Tap the conversation thread exchanged with the contact / phone number you want to unblock
- Tap “Menu” > “Unarchive”
- Press “Menu” a second time and access “People & options”
- Tap “Unblock [phone number]”
Enable Call Forwarding:
- Launch “Phone”
- Tap “Menu” > “Settings”
- Tap “Call forwarding” (NOTE: this option might not be available if it’s unsupported by your carrier)
- Enter or edit the phone number / contact you want to forward calls to
- Tap “Enable”
Enable Conditional Call Forwarding:
- Tap “Phone” on the home screen
- Press “Menu”
- Go to “Settings”
- Access “Call forwarding”
- Choose to forward incoming calls “When unanswered”, “When unreachable” or “When busy”
- Edit or enter the phone number you want to forward calls to
- Tap “Update” / “Enable”
Disable Call Forwarding:
- Tap “Phone” on the home screen
- Tap “Menu”
- Access “Settings”
- Tap “Call forwarding”
- Tap “Always forward” or a different forwarding option to turn off
- Tap “Disable” to confirm
