Block / Unblock Incoming Calls:

  1. Launch “Contacts” and go to “All Contacts”
  2. Select the contact / phone number you want to block and tap “Edit”
  3. Tap “Menu” and turn ON “All calls to voicemail”
  4. To unblock calls, follow the steps above and then disable “All calls to voicemail”

Block Messages via Google Messenger:

  1. Tap “Apps” on the home screen
  2. Open Google “Messenger”
  3. Tap the message thread exchanged with the contact or phone number you want to block
  4. Tap “Menu” > “People & Options”
  5. Tap “Block [phone number]”
  6. Press “OK” to confirm

NOTE: The conversation thread containing the blocked contact will be archived. Furthermore, you will no longer receive notifications for blocked messages redirected to archives.

Unblock Messages via Google Messenger:

  1. Launch Google “Messenger”
  2. Tap “Menu” > “Archived”
  3. Select the conversation thread exchanged with the phone number / contact you want to unblock
  4. Tap “Menu” > “Unarchive”
  5. Press “Menu” again and go to “People & options”
  6. Tap “Unblock [phone number]”

Turn On Call Forwarding:

  1. Launch “Phone”
  2. Tap “Menu” > “Settings”
  3. Tap “Call forwarding” (NOTE: This option might be unavailable if it is unsupported by your carrier)
  4. Edit or enter the phone number / contact you want to forward incoming calls to
  5. Tap “Enable” to confirm

Enable Conditional Call Forwarding:

  1. Open “Phone”
  2. Tap “Menu” > “Call forwarding”
  3. Choose to forward incoming calls “When unanswered”, “When unreachable” or “When busy”
  4. Edit or enter the phone number you want to forward calls to
  5. Tap “Enable” / “Update”

Turn Off Call Forwarding:

  1. Tap “Phone” on the home screen
  2. Press “Menu” and tap “Settings”
  3. Go to “Call forwarding”
  4. Select the forwarding option you want to disable, if necessary
  5. Tap “Disable” to confirm
