Block Incoming Calls:
- Open “Contacts”
- Go to “All Contacts” and select the phone number / contact you want to block
- Tap “Edit” > “Menu”
- Turn On “All calls to voicemail”
Unblock Incoming Calls:
- Launch “Contacts”
- Go to “All Contacts”
- Select the contact you want to unblock
- Tap “Edit” > “Menu”
- Disable “All calls to voicemail”
Block Messages using Google Messenger:
- Launch Google “Messenger”
- Select the conversation thread exchanged with the phone number / contact you want to block
- Tap “Menu” > “People & Options”
- Tap “Block [phone number]”
- Press “OK” to confirm
Unblock Messages via Google Messenger:
- Open Google “Messenger”
- Tap “Menu” > “Archived”
- Select the conversation thread exchanged with the phone number / contact you want to unblock
- Tap “Menu” > “Unarchive”
- Press “Menu” again and go to “People & Options”
- Tap “Unblock [phone number]”
Turn ON Call Forwarding:
- Open “Phone” and tap “Menu”
- Go to “Settings” and tap “Call forwarding” (NOTE: This option might be unavailable if it’s not supported by your carrier)
- Edit or enter the phone number you want to forward calls to. Optionally you can select a contact from the phonebook
- Tap “Enable” to confirm
Turn ON Conditional Call Forwarding:
- Launch “Phone”
- Tap “Menu” > “Settings”
- Access “Call forwarding” and select to forward incoming calls “When unreachable”, “When unanswered” or “When busy”
- Enter or edit the phone number you want to forward calls to, or select a contact
- Tap “Update” / “Enable”
Turn OFF Call Forwarding:
- Launch “Phone” and tap “Menu”
- Go to “Settings”
- Tap “Call forwarding”
- If necessary, select a forwarding option to turn OFF
- Tap “Disable” to confirm
