    Transfer Audio Files from a Windows Computer:

    1. Connect the Acer Liquid Z6 to your computer via USB
    2. Turn ON “Media device (MTP)” / “File Transfer (MTP)” when prompted or from the “Notification” area
    3. Open the File Explorer on the computer and locate the desired audio files on the PC storage
    4. Transfer the files on the phone storage, preferably in the “Ringtones” / “Notifications” / “Alarms” folders
    5. Once the transfer is done, eject the phone storage via system tray and safely disconnect the phone from the USB cord

    Change the General Ringtone:

    1. Open the apps drawer
    2. Go to “Settings
    3. Scroll to “Device
    4. Tap “Sound & Notification” > “Phone ringtone
    5. Select the desired ringtone
    6. Tap “OK
    7. Optionally, choose to enable or disable “Also vibrate for calls

    Change a Specific Contact’s Ringtone:

    NOTE: Custom ringtones cannot be assigned to contacts located on the SIM card or the phone’s internal memory.

    1. Launch “Contacts
    2. Select the desired contact and tap “Edit
    3. Tap “Menu” > “Set ringtone
    4. Select the desired ringtone
    5. Tap “OK

    Change the Notification Sound:

    1. Open “Settings” and scroll to “Device
    2. Tap “Sound & Notification
    3. Tap “Default notification ringtone
    4. Select the notification alert sound you want to use
    5. Press “OK” to confirm
