Block Incoming Calls:

  1. Open “Contacts”
  2. Go to “All Contacts”
  3. Select the contact / phone number you want to block
  4. Tap “Edit” > “Menu”
  5. Enable “All calls to voicemail”

Unblock Incoming Calls:

  1. Launch “Contacts”
  2. Access “All Contacts”
  3. Select the desired phone number / contact to unblock
  4. Tap “Edit” > “Menu”
  5. Turn “All calls to voicemail” OFF

Block Messages using Google Messenger:

  1. Open Google “Messenger”
  2. Tap the conversation thread exchanged with the contact / phone number you want to block
  3. Tap “Menu”
  4. Tap “People & Options” > “Block [phone number]”
  5. Press “OK” to confirm

Unblock Messages via Google Messenger:

  1. Open Google “Messenger”
  2. Tap “Menu” > “Archived”
  3. Select the conversation thread exchanged with the phone number / contact you want to unblock
  4. Tap “Menu” > “Unarchive”
  5. Press “Menu” again and access “People & Options”
  6. Tap “Unblock [phone number]”

Enable Call Forwarding:

  1. Open “Phone”
  2. Tap “Menu” > “Settings”
  3. Access “Call forwarding” (NOTE: this option might be unavailable if it is unsupported by your carrier)
  4. Edit or enter the phone number you want to forward calls to. Alternatively you can choose a contact from the phonebook
  5. Tap “Enable” / “Update”

Enable Conditional Call Forwarding:

  1. Launch “Phone”
  2. Tap “Menu”
  3. Go to “Settings”
  4. Tap “Call forwarding”
  5. Select to forward incoming calls “When unreachable”, “When busy” or “When unanswered”
  6. Enter or edit the phone number you want to use for call forwarding
  7. Tap “Update” / “Enable”

Disable Call Forwarding:

  1. Open “Phone”
  2. Tap “Menu” > “Settings”
  3. Tap “Call forwarding”
  4. Select the forwarding option you want to disable
  5. Tap “Disable” to confirm
