Transfer Audio Files from a Windows PC to the Smartphone:
- Connect the ZTE device to your computer via USB
- Turn On “Media device” / “File Transfer” at the prompt or from the “Notification” area
- Launch the File Explorer on the computer and locate the desired audio files on the PC storage
- Copy and paste the desired files on the phone storage, preferably in the “Ringtones”, “Notifications”, or “Alarms” folder(s)
- Once the transfer is complete, eject the phone storage via system tray and safely disconnect the device from the USB cord
Change the General Ringtone:
- Tap “Apps” on the home screen
- Go to “Settings”
- Scroll to “Device” and tap “Sound & Notification”
- Select the desired ringtone and tap “OK”
Change the Ringtone of a Specific Contact:
NOTE: Custom ringtones cannot be set for contacts located on the SIM card or the phone’s internal memory.
- Open “Contacts”
- Tap and hold the desired contact
- Tap “Edit” > “Menu”
- Tap “Set ringtone” and select the desired ringtone
- Tap “OK” to confirm
Change the Notification Alert:
- Launch “Settings”
- Scroll to “Device” and tap “Sound & Notification”
- Tap “Default notification ringtone”
- Select the desired notification sound and tap “OK” to confirm
