Transfer Audio Files from a Windows PC:
- Connect the Micromax Bharat 2 to your computer via USB
- Enable “Media device” / “File Transfer” at the prompt or from the “Notification” area
- Launch the File Explorer on the computer and locate the desired audio files on the PC storage
- Copy and transfer the desired audio files on the phone storage, preferably in the “Ringtones” / “Notifications” / “Alarms” folder(s)
- After the transfer is done, eject the phone storage via system tray and safely disconnect the device from the USB cord
Change the General Ringtone:
- Open the apps drawer
- Launch “Settings” and scroll to “Device”
- Tap “Sound & Notification”
- Select the desired ringtone and tap “OK” to confirm
- Optionally, turn “Also vibrate or calls” On or Off
Change a Contact’s Ringtone:
NOTE: Custom ringtones cannot be set for contacts stored on the phone’s internal memory or the SIM card.
- Open “Contacts”
- Tap and hold the desired contact
- Tap “Edit” > “Menu”
- Tap “Set ringtones” and select the desired ringtone for the contact
- Press “OK” to confirm
Change the Notification Sound:
- Open “Settings”
- Scroll to “Device” and tap “Sound & Notification”
- Tap “Default notification ringtone”
- Select the desired ringtone
- Tap “OK” to confirm
