Create a New Contact:

  1. Open “Contacts”
  2. Access “All contacts”
  3. Tap “+” and select an account with which to sync your contacts
  4. Enter the contact’s name, phone number, and other details in the appropriate fields
  5. Tap “Done”

Import/Export Contacts:

  1. Launch “Contacts”
  2. Tap “Menu”
  3. Access “Import/Export”
  4. Choose to “Import from storage”, “Import from SIM card” or “Export to storage”
  5. Follow the on-screen prompts to complete the process

Add Contacts to Speed Dial:

  1. Tap and hold an empty area on the home screen
  2. Access “Widgets”
  3. Drag and drop the “Direct Dial” widget in an empty area on the home screen
  4. When prompted, select the contact you want to associate with the Direct Dial widget

NOTE: You can repeat the steps above and add multiple Direct Dial widgets for multiple contacts on the home screen. In addition, you can organize Direct Dial widgets in folders on the home screen. To do this, drag one Direct Dial widget and drop it over another.

Delete Contacts:

  1. Open “Contacts”
  2. Go to “All Contacts”
  3. Tap the desired contact
  4. Tap “Edit” > “Menu”
  5. Tap “Delete” > “OK” to confirm

Clear the Call Log:

  1. Launch “Phone”
  2. Tap “Menu” > “Call history”
  3. Select a call log entry if you want to view more details
  4. To clear the call log, tap “Menu” > “Call history” > “Clear call history”

Create a Caller Group Using a Contact:

  1. Open “Contacts”
  2. Access “All Contacts”
  3. Select the desired contact
  4. Tap “More Fields” > “Group name”
  5. Tap “Create new group”
  6. Enter the desired name and press “OK” to confirm

Assign Contacts to an Existing Caller Group:

  1. Launch “Contacts”
  2. Go to “All Contacts”
  3. Tap the contact you want to add to the group
  4. Tap “Edit” > “More Fields” > “Group name”
  5. Select the desired caller group
  6. Tap “OK” to confirm
