Enable Call Forwarding:
- Open “Phone”
- Tap “Menu” > “Settings”
- Tap “Call forwarding” (NOTE: this option might not be available if it’s not supported by your carrier)
- Enter or edit the phone number/contact you want to use for call forwarding
- Tap “Enable”
Enable Conditional Call Forwarding:
- Open “Phone”
- Tap “Menu” > “Settings”
- Access “Call forwarding”
- Select to forward incoming calls “When unreachable”, “When unanswered” or “When busy”
- Edit or enter the phone number you want to use for all forwarding
- Tap “Enable” / “Update”
Disable Call Forwarding:
- Launch “Phone”
- Tap “Menu” > “Settings”
- Go to “Call forwarding”
- If necessary, select the forwarding option you want to turn Off
- Tap “Disable” to confirm
Block Incoming Calls:
- Launch “Contacts”
- Access “All Contacts”
- Select the contact/phone number whose calls you want to block
- Tap “Edit” > “Menu” and enable “All calls to voicemail”
Unblock Incoming Calls:
- Launch “Contacts”
- Go to “All contacts”
- Select the contact you want to unblock
- Tap “Edit” > “Menu”
- Turn “All calls to voicemail” Off
Block Incoming Messages in Google Messenger:
- Launch Google “Messenger”
- Select the message thread exchanged with the phone number/contact whose messages you want to block
- Tap “Menu” > “People & Options”
- Tap “Block [phone number]” > “OK”
Unblock Messages in Google Messenger:
- Launch Google “Messenger”
- Tap “Menu” > “Archived”
- Tap the conversation thread exchanged with the phone number/contact you want to unblock
- Tap “Menu” > “Unarchive”
- Tap “Menu” again
- Go to “People & Options” > “Unblock [phone number]”
