Block Incoming Calls:

  1. Open “Contacts”
  2. Go to “All Contacts”
  3. Select the phone number/contact whose calls you want to block
  4. Tap “Edit” > “Menu”
  5. Enable “All calls to voicemail”

Unblock Incoming Calls:

  1. Open “Contacts”
  2. Access “All Contacts”
  3. Select the contact you want to unblock
  4. Tap “Edit” > “Menu”
  5. Disable “All calls to voicemail”

Block Incoming Messages in Google Messenger:

  1. Open Google “Messenger”
  2. Tap the conversation exchange with the contact/phone number whose messages you want to block
  3. Tap “Menu” > “People & Options”
  4. Tap “block [phone number]” > “OK” to confirm

Unblock Messages in Google Messenger:

  1. Open Google “Messenger”
  2. Tap “Menu”
  3. Go to “Archived”
  4. Select the conversation thread exchanged with the contact/phone number you want to unblock
  5. Next tap “Menu” > “Unarchive”
  6. Press “Menu” again and tap “People & Options” > “Unblock [phone number]”

Enable Call Forwarding:

  1. Launch “Phone”
  2. Tap “Menu” > “Settings”
  3. Go to “Call forwarding” (NOTE: this option might be unavailable if it isn’t supported by your carrier)
  4. Edit or enter the phone number you want to use for call forwarding, or alternatively select an existing contact
  5. Tap “Enable” to confirm

Enable Conditional Call Forwarding:

  1. Open “Phone” and tap “Menu”
  2. Go to “Settings” > “Call forwarding”
  3. Select to forward incoming calls “When unanswered”, “When unreachable” or “When busy”
  4. Enter or edit the phone number to use for call forwarding
  5. Tap “Enable” / “Update”

Turn Call Forwarding OFF:

  1. Open “Phone”
  2. Tap “Menu” > “Settings”
  3. Access “Call forwarding”
  4. If necessary, tap the forwarding option you want to disable
  5. Tap “Disable” to confirm
