Block Incoming Calls:
- Open “Contacts”
- Go to “All Contacts”
- Select the phone number/contact whose calls you want to block
- Tap “Edit” > “Menu”
- Enable “All calls to voicemail”
Unblock Incoming Calls:
- Open “Contacts”
- Access “All Contacts”
- Select the contact you want to unblock
- Tap “Edit” > “Menu”
- Disable “All calls to voicemail”
Block Incoming Messages in Google Messenger:
- Open Google “Messenger”
- Tap the conversation exchange with the contact/phone number whose messages you want to block
- Tap “Menu” > “People & Options”
- Tap “block [phone number]” > “OK” to confirm
Unblock Messages in Google Messenger:
- Open Google “Messenger”
- Tap “Menu”
- Go to “Archived”
- Select the conversation thread exchanged with the contact/phone number you want to unblock
- Next tap “Menu” > “Unarchive”
- Press “Menu” again and tap “People & Options” > “Unblock [phone number]”
Enable Call Forwarding:
- Launch “Phone”
- Tap “Menu” > “Settings”
- Go to “Call forwarding” (NOTE: this option might be unavailable if it isn’t supported by your carrier)
- Edit or enter the phone number you want to use for call forwarding, or alternatively select an existing contact
- Tap “Enable” to confirm
Enable Conditional Call Forwarding:
- Open “Phone” and tap “Menu”
- Go to “Settings” > “Call forwarding”
- Select to forward incoming calls “When unanswered”, “When unreachable” or “When busy”
- Enter or edit the phone number to use for call forwarding
- Tap “Enable” / “Update”
Turn Call Forwarding OFF:
- Open “Phone”
- Tap “Menu” > “Settings”
- Access “Call forwarding”
- If necessary, tap the forwarding option you want to disable
- Tap “Disable” to confirm
