Block Incoming Calls:

  1. Open “Contacts
  2. Access “All Contacts
  3. Select the phone number/contact you want to block and tap “Edit
  4. Tap “Menu” and enable “All calls to voicemail

Unblock Incoming Calls:

  1. Launch “Contacts
  2. Go to “All Contacts
  3. Select the contact you want to unblock and tap “Edit
  4. Tap “Menu” and disable “All calls to voicemail

Block Incoming Messages in Google Messenger:

  1. Open Google “Messenger
  2. Select the conversation thread exchanged with the contact / phone number you want to block
  3. Tap “Menu” > “People & Options
  4. Tap “Block [phone number]”
  5. Tap “OK” to confirm

NOTE: The conversation thread exchanged with the blocked contact will be archived. Notifications are disabled for archived messages.

Unblock Messages in Google Messenger:

  1. Open Google “Messenger
  2. Tap “Menu
  3. Go to “Archived
  4. Select the conversation thread exchanged with the contact/phone number you want to unblock
  5. Tap “Menu” > “Unarchive
  6. Tap “Menu” again
  7. Access “People & Options” and tap “Unblock [phone number]”

Enable Call Forwarding:

  1. Launch “Phone
  2. Tap “Menu
  3. Go to “Settings
  4. Access “Calling accounts
  5. Select your SIM and tap “Call forwarding” (NOTE: this option might be unavailable if it is not supported by your carrier)
  6. Tap “Always forward” and enter the phone number you want to use for call forwarding
  7. Press “OK” to confirm

Enable Conditional Call Forwarding:

  1. Open “Phone
  2. Tap “Menu
  3. Go to “Settings
  4. Access “Calling accounts” and select your SIM
  5. Go to “Call forwarding
  6. Select to forward incoming calls “When unanswered”, “When unreachable” or “When busy
  7. If necessary, enter or edit the phone number you want to use for call forwarding

Turn Call Forwarding Off:

  1. Open “Phone
  2. Tap “Menu
  3. Go to “Settings
  4. Access “Call forwarding
  5. If necessary, select the forwarding option you want to turn off
  6. Tap “Disable” to confirm
