Transfer Audio Files from a Windows PC:
- Connect the Android device to the computer via USB
- Enable “Media device” / “File Transfer” at the prompt or from the Notification area
- Launch the File Explorer on the computer
- Locate the audio files on the PC storage
- Copy and transfer the desired audio files to the phone, preferably in the “Media” folder
- After the transfer is done, eject the phone storage via system tray and safely disconnect the device from the USB port
Change the General Ringtone:
- Open “Settings”
- Scroll to “Device” and tap “Sound & Notification”
- Select the desired ringtone and tap “OK”
- Optionally, turn “Also vibrate for calls” ON or OFF
Change the Ringtone of a Specific Contact:
NOTE: Custom ringtones cannot be set for contacts stored on the SIM card or the phone’s internal memory.
- Open “Contacts”
- Tap and hold the desired contact
- Tap “Edit” > “Menu” > “Set ringtones”
- Select the desired ringtones and tap “OK” to confirm
Change the Notification Alert Sound:
- Open “Settings”
- Scroll to “Device” and tap “Sound & Notification’
- Go to “Default notification ringtone”
- Select the notification ringtone you want to use
- Tap “OK” to confirm
